Ballard of the day : Betrayal

Glee Cast Defying Gravity, originated Wicked

Something has changed within me
Something is not the same
I'm through with playing by the rules
Of someone else's game
Too late for second-guessing
Too late to go back to sleep
It's time to trust my instincts
Close my eyes: and leap!

It's time to try
Defying gravity
I think I'll try
Defying gravity
Kiss me goodbye
I am defying gravity
And you wont bring me down!

I'm through accepting limits
''cause someone says they're so
Some things I cannot change
But till I try, I'll never know!
Too long I've been afraid of
Losing love I guess I've lost

Well, if that's love
It comes at much too high a cost!

I'd sooner buy
Defying gravity
Kiss me goodbye
I'm defying gravity
I think I'll try
Defying gravity
And you wont bring me down!

I'd sooner buy
Defying gravity
Kiss me goodbye
I'm defying gravity
I think I'll try
Defying gravity
And you won't bring me down!
bring me down!
ohh ohhh ohhhh!

Complimentary from here*
I'm gonna cry soon. :(

Teluk Gong (Review)

Went to Teluk Gong, somewhere in Klang last night. It was rainy night and we had no idea how to go there. We nearly give up until we reach Kesas Highway. Phew....Finally we reached the so famous Coconut Flower Restaurant. It was crowded and I enjoyed the crowd. This is what we ordered last night. Enjoy!

Steamed Fish. Superb! But the fish kinda fatty - RM34

Salted Egg Crab - RM33 (1kg) cheaper than fish. Lols

Baby Kailan - RM10

Cornflakes Prawn Mantis. Thumbsss UP! - RM14, damn cheap

Fried Bee Hoon with Lala Chai. Nicey! - RM10

Complimentary pudding. Tasteless anyway.

Overall, the food is better then the one we ate in Kuala Selangor. It is fresh and taste nicer. Do drop by. When writing this, I feeling hungry now. Have not yet eat lunch.

So till then. XD

♥ PANGKOR PANGKOR HERE I COME ♥

I know I know I haven't blog about my post-Bali trip. I was too lazy. It is going to be a long post. So stay tuned for next Bali post.

Get back to main title. Next month, I will go to Pangkor Island, 3D/2N, is Pangkor Island not Pangkor Laut Island the 5*. Yoohoo!!!Looking forward. ♥♥♥

Some introduction of pre-planning.

  1. Was told can get the bus ticket KL-Lumut at Bukit Jalil. So get the tickets on spot because not peak season.
  2. Getting boat ticket at Lumut Jetty. Was told as well.
  3. Booked and paid deposit for accommodation. Reminded this is like guesthouse not hotel. RM500 for 3D/2N. Damn worth. Somewhere near Teluk Bogak.
  4. Activities : Free and easy. Do not know yet.
  5. Team Members for this trip : SK, Me, DD, Dami, KTC, TT, Min Yek San. 7 fellas.

Will go there from KL during midnight. Can't imagine how early we reached Lumut Jetty.
The house owner is so nice to fetch us from jetty. Thanks! Mr Lim ♥

So stay tuned for my next Pangkor Island post when I get back.

Kuala Selangor and Fireflies

As you can see, it is quite a long time no posts in this blog. Well, it's ok because I'm BACKKKK!.

Had nothing to do over the weekend, so we planned something out.

Went to Pasir Penampang, Kuala Selangor for seafood and see fireflies like in Owl City..hehehe..later. We used old road to get there which from Sg. Buloh. Passing kampungs and palm oils. Then, reached Ijok first before Kuala Selangor. The distance is around 50km, actually not quite remember. I assumed. Took around 45 minutes from my The Curve.

Basically, there is around 2-3 famous and I can called overrated seafood restaurants in Pasir Penampang as it was fully packed, excluding those being RESERVED only around 6.++pm.

So we choose River View Seafood Restaurant over Jeti Seafood Restaurant. Next time lar...

The sun still still bright then, shone into the restaurants. We walked around and there is either no more place for us or reserved. So we sit outside the restaurant instead. On the marble table. Special leh...We do not have much patient though.

We ordered 6 dishes as below;

Fried Calamari/Squid. Crispy but no taste-RM10

Sambal Kangkung. My favourite dish for the night-RM6

Assam Siakap. Not bad, sour sour one. Very fast finish because everyone like it-RM28

Chinese bread according to the menu. Thought want to dip the bread with the craby's gravy
but Kam Heong where got gravy. So we eat it blandly instead.-RM3.50

Egg yolk prawn mantis. Disappointing.-RM11

Kam Heong Crab. I just tasted the dry gravy. So so. According to them the meat was lembik. I can see it falling down. Looks not so fresh. 1kg-RM38

Total spend including towel, peanuts, tea, ice, rice and dishes is RM 107.20. Cheap leh....My next station in future will either be Jeti Seafood Restaurant or Kuala Sungai Seafood Restaurant which is more hidden. Only to be found after back from dinner. AND do not forget to buy Pasir Penampang specialties; keropok, anchovies, noodles and so on. Very cheap too.

Next stop, Firefly Park which is just 6km from the place we had our dinner. The road was quite dark with just few far-separated houses nearby. There was a lot of people on reached. The price is quite expensive for 15 minutes boat ride to see fireflies. RM15 for adults and children not sure, RM7 or RM8.

The entrance to the jetty. There is a lot of people in waiting. We waited around 10 minutes before our turn. The river was damn dark and silence. The boat run slowly, I was thinking to fall asleep if i stay any much longer. hahaha.

Did not manage to shoot any fireflies. The lightning was to small for me to capture without flash. Oh ya, do remember not to shoot photo with FLASH. It will kill all the fireflies.

The best time to watch fireflies is from 7-10pm.

Back home near 11pm. Tired but fun.

Till then. Written at 12.00pm on 12 September 2010.

Pre-Bali

Sunday, March 14, 2010

Counting 19 days before stepping on my feet on the land of culture, de Bali in Indonesia. So looking forward. Half year passes so fast and a lot of things and decision changed in this period. Now only me and SK will be going to Bali. While my other four friends cannot make it. What a waste.

It my first time planning to go somewhere overseas only with SK. Initially feel scared too as a stranger in strange country. But I tell myself I can do it. Hopefully, everything will go smoothly. Crossed finger XDXDXD....

Just a small trip but seems like a lot of things need to plan and bring hehehe....

P/s: I just have to jot this down but with no hard feeling. When I planned this date almost 1/2 year ago, no one tell me the date for our trip is cheng beng. I never been to those kind of ceremony, do not know if I write it correctly, so how the hell I know that day is the date for cheng beng leh. Few of us going initially and no one say anything. Now it seems like I kena blamed or laughed (because of those not going) that its cheng beng and their parent not allowed. What the bloody heck got to do with me leh. Should I say out the real reasons.

I wouldn't say pissed off because I'm not just a bit overwhelm that everyone is not going in the end. Noted that I do not have intention just to go only two of us. If I do, I wont chio anyone! But in the end I just want to voice out and no hard feeling. :p

Moral of the story: Shouldn't tell anyone where we going, people just have things to say.

Post-Trip To Langkawi

Monday, January 18, 2010

HUh!!! What a trip. However something interesting happened on the first day we reached Langkawi. We quarreled with our actual-accommodation si tau po......tak pasal-pasal she scolded us like hell when ah Ru asked few things only...like a dog barking around....ish...

Then, we oso beh tahan liao....what for stay at there since she is sipek not welcoming us...something unexpected for this trip. Really...it is not that big deal for us anyway...we can always packed our baggages and left....and that's what we did...hahaha.....that is gonna pissed her off gao gao.....

Searched for few accommodations nearby....either fully-booked or only had rooms for 1 night...oh well. So, we kept on trying and finally we got a house which can accommodate all of us. We decided to stay at Langkapuri Inn despite a bit pricey lah but well, can't nagged for more. The inn is so damn near the beach and I like it a lot.

We went to Underwater World and Morac Go-Kart on the same evening. Took some photos...Enjoy!!!

Second day, we went to Pregnant Maiden Lake (damn packed with tourists and locals, don't like it though, played with catfish...), Singa Besar Island (to see the eagles feeding) and Beras Basah Island (the water is dark in colour, look dirty leh...).

On the same day evening, we planned to Langkawi Cable Car. Surprised by the price...RM30 making us feel unworthy. Then, we asked again MyKad got cheap or not....rupanya got 50% discount and that price is for foreigners de. The mountain sipek high and a bit scary looked from above. The hanging bridge supposing-ly to be closed but Langkawi welcomed me by opening back the bridge. Superb excited. Initially, planned to watch sunset on top of the world but SK said want to go to Black Sand Beach. So we rushed and managed to arrive before time. What a view. Took some photos too...Enjoy!!!

During night, we went to Kuah Town night market for our dinner. Cheap but taste ok lah...compared to the first evening we ate RM26 per person and sipek not nice. Damn unworthy...banned. Seafood konon...cheh...

Sipek tired, I slept damn early. Low bat...

The next morning, I went to the beach again with SK joined by my other friends later. Last day ma, played at the beach while finding hermits, crabs and to our surprise we found few starfish...normal one lah.

Before departing back to Penang and KL, we go Kuah Town again to sapu stocks. Chocolates and alcohols we won't miss it. Dropping my friends at Jetty Point we took some time out to Lang Square. Need take every chance to take any landmarks photos. Dunno when will be coming here again. So tada....till the next group trip again....
