Macaroons

I love macaroons at very first bite. It's colourful and damn cute too. Oh no, my new obsession and not to mention extra expensive obsession. Macaroons originated from Paris. Should go there and grab some someday XD.

While I was strolling around, I bumped upon this shop called Lava. Quite a small shop. Then I stop to see the price. Since I never tried before, I just buy some. RM19 for 6 macaroons.

There is a lot of different flavour available. I had myself, lemon, walnut, durian, raspberry, salted caramel and hazelnut.

The size of the macaroons is slightly larger then our 50 cent. Kinda expensive huh! But I definitely love it.

There was few places selling this pastries. Lava is at One Utama, new wing, just opposite daiso. Do drop buy and get some especially for those who loves sweet. I'm going to introduce it to my friend who loves sweet things so much.

Restoran Lan Je

Found out this restaurant through my friends, so one day when I just pretty bored I go and google the location of this restaurant. Aha! Found it...hehehe

Restaurant Lan Je situated at Kota Damansara near Sungai Buloh. Remember there is KFC and Pizza Hut at Kota Damansara? Well, head up a bit to a board displaying Bestari "DE" Kota. Pretty obvious actually.

Surrounding the kota is pretty dark and quite at night because little shops was open. He drove around and saw the yellow board. Sorry for the blurry picture, was taken afar. Two shops combined to fit in all the crowd.

By the time we reached, it is nearly full house, I guess some are just leaving. We find out seats and start ordering. Do note that the waiting time is around 1/2 hour to 1 hour depending the crowd. It was worthwhile waiting though. As usual we were introduced to the signature Steamed Tilapia fish. They only have 1 type of steam, and of course with their special sauce.

By the way the fish is very fresh. Loves it to max. I always hate mud smell of river or lake fishes. And not to forget this shop serves NO PORK. I missed some of the other foods. Guess I'm gonna try it when I back there soon. Do have a try. The original shop is at Rawang. Guess I will not go that far..XD
